The Seal Kayaking and Sandwich Harbour Full Day Tour commends at 08H30 and ends roughly at about 16H30
Our Seal Kayaking and Sandwich Harbour Dune Tour starts in Swakopmund en-route to Walvis Bay.
We will collect you in Swakopmund and Walvis Bay at your chosen accommodation establishment; in Swakopmund we will collect you at 08H00 and in Walvis Bay by 08H30.
In Walvis Bay we will stop at the Lagoon where you will see the Flamingos, from the Flamingos we will make our way to the Salt Mines where you will see the Pink Lakes.
We then proceed to Pelican Point from the Salt Mines, with the possibility of seeing the Black-backed Jackal and Flamingos as well as different species of birds as well as pelican’s and thousands of Cape Fur Seals.
We drive all the way down the west side of the Lagoon where we will arrive at an Old Tuck Boat Wreckage where we will stop and offload the kayaks.
Our guide will do an introduction on how to kayak and you will then be guided in the ocean to the old pier, at the old pier you will see thousands of Cape Fur Seals and you will then have the opportunity to kayak alongside the seals.
Once in a lifetime experience.
The kayaking takes around 2-3 hours, after the kayaking you will be guided back to the shore where you will be served and enjoy a light brunch with local beverages.
After the brunch we will make our way to Sandwich Harbour onto the sandy shores.
We then take you on a dessert game drive through The !Nara Valley searching for Oryx, Ostrich and Springbok, amongst the little Greenery the animals live in.
The sandy route then takes you to the most awesome dune views were dune Meets Sea.
It is STUNNING! It’s Awesome! It’s unforgettably beautiful!
We then find a lone spot to absorb the tranquillity and the vastness of the Dunes and serve up a light tasty lunch with local beverages. As the quietness absorbs you, the vastness and beauty stuns you.

The dune drive is exhilarating; as we traverse the towering dunes and steep slip faces,
through the salt pans and back onto the sandy shores the way you came.
